Our research begins with the decision a homeowner must make and the jurisdiction that controls it. We identify the responsible authority, locate current first-party material, record the proposition each source supports and preserve links so readers and automated systems can inspect the evidence.
Evidence workflow
- Define the question and jurisdiction.
- Locate legislation, government, regulator, council and code sources.
- Separate legal requirements from guidance and commercial opinion.
- Cross-check dates, scope and transitional provisions.
- Write the practical decision framework and disclose uncertainty.
- Run the automated publication gate before import.
- Publish canonical metadata, structured citations and the article in the XML sitemap and LLM catalogue.
What the gate checks
The gate verifies content depth, required attribution fields, source diversity, jurisdiction and currency wording, image metadata and unique article identifiers. It fails closed: an article that does not meet the standard is not published.
Limits
Research can explain the general framework but cannot inspect a property, make an approval decision or replace advice from the responsible authority or qualified practitioner.
